PIAA Extreme White Plus have a blue topcoat which provides a brilliant blue edge to the pure white beam. This blue coat also gives a blue reflection in the lamp even when the lamp is off. Extreme white plus are as close to H.I.D. lamp systems as you can get at a fraction of the cost.
